Leasing
A contract of letting on lease, under which the owner of a wind turbine sells a definite right-to-use of a wind turbine in exchange for a periodic definite payment (the rent).
How it works at greenPower Global
greenPower Global operates the ‘Lease-to-Own’ structure on a medium to long-term basis. greenPower Global transfers the ‘right to use it’ to the Client (Lessee) for a rental payment for a specific period (the lease period). Throughout this lease period, greenPower Global retains the ownership of the wind turbine. At the end of the lease period, greenPower Global transfers the title of the wind turbine to the Client on a pre-determined purchase price.
